I know when you read the ingredients, you’re probably going to react the same way I did when I first heard about this recipe. It sounds gross but I was absolutely shocked by the results…it’s delicious, nutritious and super quick to make so I urge you to give it a go!
- 450g tofu
- 80g cocoa powder
- 80g agave syrup
- 1tbsp vanilla extract
- Put the tofu into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until mixed evenly
- Serve and enjoy!
- store in an airtight container for up to 3 days
These are nice served with a few raspberries on top!
