- Add a handful when making flapjacks
- Buy breadsticks or breads which contain sesame seeds or add to the dough if making bread or muffins
- Tahini is a spread which contains sesame seeds. Spread over toast and drizzle some honey
- Sprinkle over noodles or stirfrys
