Pine nuts


Pine nuts are a good source of protein, fibre and zinc. Pine nuts also contain Omega 9 (oleic acid) which helps maintain a healthy heart. Pine nuts also contain Lutein which has been shown to improve vision and eye health.

How can I incorporate pine nuts into my childs diet?

  • Make up a trail mix using your childs favourite nuts and seeds
