Kids Snack Ideas

Some children like to graze throughout rather than sticking to 3 main meals a day and healthy snacks can be a part of your child’s diet. Some experts now say 5-6 small balanced meals a day is better for you rather than the 3. It keeps your blood sugar levels stable and provides a steady source of energy. But it may be best to be lead by your child as to what habit they adopt (as long as it’s regular and balanced)
